If you have other questions or concerns. Feel free to contact us.
TRYM is a healthcare subscription service designed to connect clients with healthcare providers and compounding pharmacies. We offer subscriptions as well as tri-monthly packages for hormonal conditions.
You don't have to! Simply fill out our medical intake form and sign-up. If you qualify, you can then choose a plan and start you subscription. Our provider can contact you with the information you provided. Otherwise, you can always contact us for help.
TRYM does not discriminate by race, age, or gender. In order to use our services, you must be:
1. At least 18 years of age.
2. A resident of a state that we provide to (we do not provide to customers outside of the continental United States).
3. Demonstrate a medical need for medicated weight-loss therapy.
At this time we do not accept any insurance plan. But check back in the future!
No, we do not have any membership or sign-up fees and the price you see includes medication. What you see is exactly what you will pay and we're committed to honoring that price.
There are no contracts when you sign-up for a TRYM health plan. We do not charge any additional fees including cancellation fees. You are free to cancel your subscription at any time.
If you need help with ordering, managing your subscription, or if you have any concerns please write us an email via support@trymhealth.com or contact us.
At this time, we only accept payments with a debit or credit card through our partnered payment processor Stripe.
Unfortunately, services such as PayPal, Zelle, and Venmo are not HIPAA compliant and thus cannot be used by healthcare providers. Sorry!
If you’ve prequalified or have already been approved for our program(s), then all you have to do after submitting an order is await a shipment notification. Otherwise, it never hurts to get ahead and review the dose and injection guide.
New orders take around a week from submission to fulfillment. Refills typically come a lot quicker as a continuing patient.
Tracking numbers are sent as soon as your delivery is scheduled. This is usually either the same day or the day before your order is shipped.
No, you never have to sign for your delivery. If we did not waive signatures, a missed delivery could result in your package arriving much later than scheduled.
We fill patients according to the information that was provided on their intake. If you’re just starting out, we’ll fill you for a supply to start from the lowest dose and work your way up over the duration of your program. If you’re transferring over, and already on a higher dose then we’ll fill you according to the dose you indicated on your intake.
There are no penalties for cancelling your subscription after you have started, or cancelling an order before it is shipped. Just request a refund via our support and it will be issued. But if you repeatedly order and then cancel, our payment processor will block your card and you will be unable to submit new orders in the future.
Fill out our registration form here. If you pre qualify, then you can join a program right away without a consultation. Otherwise, a provider might need to review and talk over some of the risk factors/circumstances you indicated and determine whether medicated weight loss is for you.
Yes you can! Just bear in mind that the BUD (expiry) for all of our programs is one year from the date of compounding, so if you order multiple boosts you will have to finish your supply before the expiry and consecutively if you order more than three. You will be filled accordingly as a continuing patient.
All deliveries come with a set of syringes and alcohol swabs for the duration of your program, but if you need spares, extras, or a sharps container they are available separately for purchase.
At this time, none of our partners use formulas that include additives. If this changes, we will notify all continuing patients ahead of time so that they have time to either adjust or switch providers.
If for some reason you fail manual review (usually due to a typo) we will cancel and refund your order immediately. You can then resubmit if you requalify and we’ll process your order as normal.
You can review our pricing on our services page. This covers all doses up to the maximum (2.5mg/week for Semaglutide and 15mg/week for Tirzepatide).
Boosts are a one-time non renewing purchase for three months of medication and support. You pay a larger amount upfront compared to a subscription, but with a 25% discount. Boosts can be reordered as needed, and like subscriptions cover all doses.
There are no additional costs beyond what is visible on our services page. What you see is what you will pay.
No, the price stays the same even if you start at a higher dose as a patient transitioning over from name brand or another telehealth.
Currently there are no military or medical personnel discounts but we plan to add some in the near future. Sorry!
At this time, insurance does not cover the cost of compounded medications.
We accept HSA/FSA and can assist you with your reimbursement submission. Just contact us after your order has been placed.
We currently do not have a referral program, but we’re always looking for potential partners or social media personalities who can both represent us and vouch for our programs as a current patient. If you think you have a following that would be interested in GLP-1 programs and are curious about partnering please contact us.
Every new patient is offered a 5% discount for all programs. The code is ‘WELCOME5’. We occasionally run social media promotions or work with partners to offer discounts to their audience.
Yes you can! Just contact us with the coupon you intended to use, and we’ll refund the difference back to you.
Subscription programs allow for regular refills as long as your payment process. You do not have to request a refill. With boost programs, there is no automatic renewal, and once your three (or more) months supply has been exhausted you must submit a new order for a refill or join a subscription program.
Refills are typically sent out every other month from your initial delivery, and patients are filled to last until then. If you still have a supply of medication, then you’re not due for a refill yet. We want your new supply to last as long as possible and if you were to receive refills every month, unopened vials could expire before you get a chance to finish them. Please note that boost programs are non-renewing; if you are on a boost program you must reorder to receive your refill.
If you’ve deviated from the typical dosage schedule, please contact us and provide us with your current dose and we’ll adjust our schedule accordingly.
All you have to do is cancel your subscription, and reorder a boost. There is no penalty for cancelling and switching over. You will be filled for the next set of doses as a continuing patient.
Yes, when your refill has been shipped you will be notified just like your first delivery with a tracking number.
If you cancel your subscription before you’re due for your next every-other-month refill, then we’ll fill you for half of the supply you would have received for your next month to account for your final month’s payment.
You do not have to join a subscription (unless you want to), you can instead continue to order boosts as needed as a continuing patient.
As a continuing patient, we’ll fill you for the next set of doses automatically. So if you started at the lowest dose and were filled for enough medication to finish through you third month, we would then fill you for your fourth month doses and continue you from there regardless of which program you continue with.
The best way would be to just contact us so we can update your records and ensure you’re filled correctly for your next refill, but there’s also a space at checkout to leave a note. Providers can see those and will update your chart.
You can submit a refund request, but just bear in mind that if you’re just starting out with us we probably intentionally filled you for more than your first month’s supply. This is to ensure that you make progress to the higher doses without being hindered by awaiting for refill deliveries and so that we only have to send out refills every other month on schedule. You can still cancel, but if you rejoin at a later date we cannot fill you for your next set of doses (meaning you will receive just a supply for the starting doses). This keeps things fair for people who stayed with us versus those that come and go. We usually recommend ordering boosts if you want control over your refills, or want to avoid subscriptions.
Everyone makes mistakes - its okay! If you accidentally broke one or more of your vials, or they arrived broken, you can reach out to us and we will replace them as a one-time courtesy. Just send us a picture.
Most patients notice appetite suppression within the first two weeks of treatment. However, this is not the case for everyone. Our program is designed to steadily increase in dosage and thus adequately continue to suppress appetite. If you do not notice any changes after the first 10 weeks, please contact us!
That depends on how long you continue to use medicated weight-loss and diet! According to research, you can expect to lose 15% of your body weight on semaglutide and 20% of your body weight on tirzepatide over a a 72 week period.
As with any medication, there is a risk of side effects. Fortunately, none of the side effects of using weight-loss medication are dangerous or unmanageable. Some of the most common side effects include nausea, diarrhea, and constipation.
Following a diet that avoids 'problem' foods is key to avoiding GI-related side effects.
We would be happy to your transition over to TRYM! Whether its starting at your former dose, or moving you to a higher one. Please send us a message and we can assist you.
That entirely depends on if you've made progress on building a healthier lifestyle. Eating a balanced diet, exercising daily, and avoiding a sedentary day-to-day is key to maintaining a healthy body weight.
That being said, we're committed to helping you even after you've reached your goal. If deemed necessary, you can be put on a medicated 'maintenance' protocol to continue a program at a lower dose.
Standard Semaglutide and Tirzepatide medications are injectable only. So yes, you will have to inject them. Fortunately, the these injections are subcutaneous (meaning they do not go into the muscle). The needle used to inject these meds is very small and does not hurt at all. You shouldn't even bleed after an injection.
We include a set of syringes, alcohol pads, and instructions for using your medication.
Branded weight-loss medications are FDA approved for specific purposes (such as treating Type II Diabetes). As of April, 2024 there has been a nationwide shortage of GLP-1 medications. Prices for these medications are extremely high and insurance coverage is sparse.
Compounded medications like the one's that TRYM provides via our partnered pharmacies use the same main active ingredients as branded medications while at a substantially lower price. Compounded medications work - our customer testimonies and reviews shows that.
Both Semaglutide and Tirzepatide work by mimicking a naturally occuring hormone called GLP-1. This hormone works to suppress our appetite and gives us the 'full' feeling we experience after a heavy meal. GLP-1 agonists, like Tirzepatide and Semaglutide, work to extend appetite suppression by extending digestion and encouraging insulin secretion. This in turn helps eliminate food noise, diet, and ultimately lose weight with ease!
TRYM Health™ is a patient management and subscription platform that works with independent compounding pharmacies who provide services using TRYM’s Platform. TRYM Health does not directly provide medical or pharmacy services.
