Boosts plans are not a subscription - they are a three month one-time payment. You will never be charged again after your three months. Its up to you to renew this plan manually, or join a subscription plan once your time is up.

If your order has already shipped, its completed and all purchases are final. But we want you to be satisfied with our service! Reach out to us with whatever prompted your cancellation, and we will honor a refund on a case-by-case basis.
For first-time users, you can expect your order to come in within a 7 business days. Sometimes sooner! We typically on ship Monday through Wednesday to avoid delivery delays, and we need time to review your order. If you need to move a delivery, or schedule to arrive earlier due to conflicting travel plans just reach out to us and we will do our best to expedite your order.
Refills/reorders come much quicker as former users do not need to undergo our review process. We always try to send refills early, but if you've deviated from the typical schedule and need a refill even sooner just let us know and we'll adjust to your liking!
Typically, we like to provide a three month supply upfront. Otherwise, late deliveries and lost packages could interrupt your protocol and hinder your progress. If you deviate from the normal schedule, or you need to move/plan a delivery in advance - just let us know! We will do our best to accommodate any changes in your plan.
No, all materials will be discarded if they are returned. If there's something wrong with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to rectify any problems with a redelivery or refund.
Due to the nature of our service, we are unable to offer physical returns of products for reuse or resale.
